The Lincoln LX Mk3 has underbody anti-chip protection, plus a 3.5-tonne AL-KO off-road hitch, adjustable independent trailing arms, coil-spring suspension, and four gas shock absorbers. All of this rides on alloy rims with off-road tyres.
Two underslung water tanks (120 litres and 80 litres) are both covered by bash plates. Connected to the tanks is a Truma Ultra Rapid gas/electric 14-litre hot water service, which is permanently plumbed through to the slide-out stainless-steel kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove with wind protection, plus drawers and plenty of storage. Ezytrail says its front storage area fits up to a 95-litre fridge/freezer to ensure there’s enough fridge space for a whole family.
Other camper features include a large external shower box located to the camper’s rear, which provides plenty of privacy and can also be zipped directly to the camper. There’s also two 100 A/Hr deep-cycle batteries to keep the camper powered up, and a battery management system with gauges and meters help keep track of vitals such as power and water levels. A luggage cage is fitted to the camper’s offside, so boats, kayaks and bikes can be accommodated.
Inside the camper, a large table occupies the centre with enough seating to seat six adults comfortably. Bedding includes two large mixed density multi-layered foam mattresses front and rear. Plenty of windows allow the camper to be well ventilated, and LED lighting has been used throughout. 12V and USB outlets are available, while an integrated four-speaker entertainment centre and a 19in TV are all part of the Lincoln LX Mk3.
