In a first for the company, Royal Flair has created the Piazza with a slide-out unit, housing a club style lounge and a tri-fold table, that opens up the interior amazingly. There’s also enough space with the slide-out in to still use the kitchen which makes this unit very versatile. Black leather and some fancy panelling add to this great design to make this slide-out stand out.
The new Piazza weighs in with a tare weight of 3100kg and is jam-packed full of gear to make it a real home on wheels and something very special. When RV Daily got a good look at the Piazza we were impressed to say the least. The Sky-Deck adds more space out over the A-frame and really allows a great connection between indoor and outdoor living.
The body length of the Piazza is 7.6m (or 25 feet) which makes it a good-sized van and with the extended drawbar to cater for the Sky-Deck, this van looks impressive on the road. Royal Flair wanted to make a statement with this van, and boy have they succeeded.
In an upcoming full review, RV Daily will explore the Piazza from one end to the other, and in another first, we’ll be chatting to the owners who are absolutely besotted with their new home. They’re going to be living in the Piazza full time, having decided they don’t need a ‘bricks and mortar’ home with maintenance and all that guff. It’s a great ambition to live off the grid and they are excited to be doing it.
