The Sydney Caravan and Camping Show is the place to get on board the latest model motorhomes, campers and caravans, check out new equipment and accessories, and discover new destinations and holiday parks. Hear from celebrity chef Fast Ed, as well as 4X4 and RV expert, Pat Callinan, for secret spots and must-see destinations for your next adventure. 

Taking place over six days at the Rosehill Gardens Racecourse in Sydney, visitors can discover a wide range of products all in one place, have some fun with daily activities and enjoy free entertainment. With over 260 exhibitors and thousands of products, it’s the ultimate way to compare, talk to the experts and pick up some tips.


Show dates and location

When: Tuesday 19 to Sunday 24 April 2022 

Where: Rosehill Gardens Racecourse, Sydney


Tickets are $25 per adult ($40 for two days), $20 for concession ($35 for two days) and kids under the age of 16 go free. 

The Sydney Caravan and Camping Holiday Supershow will operate in a COVID safe way and as such, all tickets must be pre-purchased online in advance. No tickets will be sold at the gate.

Guest appearance by Pat Callinan

The star of Australia’s longest-running national 4X4 television show on Network 10, Pat Callinan’s 4X4 Adventures, will be appearing at the Sydney Caravan and Camping Holiday Supershow to highlight the best of his New South Wales road trips. Pop down to hear about Pat’s experiences and be inspired for your next adventure.

When: 1:30 pm on Tuesday 19, Friday 22 and Saturday 23 only

Where: Lower ground floor – JR Fleming Grandstand

Celebrity chef and author, Fast Ed

Celebrity chef, Fast Ed, will be hosting four cooking sessions daily, highlighting the best of New South Wales. No stranger to a camp kitchen, he loves hitting the road to discover the best local produce while enjoying the outdoors. 


When: Daily

  • 10 am – Camp classics: Mastering the basics
  • 12 pm – Sharing is caring: Will you be the lucky free lunch winner?
  • 1:30 pm – Follow your nose: A traveller’s guide to regional flavours in NSW
  • 3 pm – Rock the mock: Join Fast Ed for a mocktail and canapés

Daily Seminars

You’re sure to learn something new about the camping and caravanning lifestyle in these free daily seminars for both novice campers and seasoned outdoor enthusiasts. Each session goes for an hour and seats are limited.

When and where: Daily

  • 11 am – Turn your love of caravanning and camping into an income (Lower Ground Floor – JR Fleming Grandstand)
  • 11 am – Safer towing (Stand 296 – JR Fleming Stand Ground Floor)
  • 1 pm – Outback travel seminar (Lower Ground Floor – JR Fleming Grandstand)
  • 1 pm – Safer towing (Stand 296 – JR Fleming Stand Ground Floor)
  • 2 pm – New to caravanning? What are the must-haves (Lower Ground Floor – JR Fleming Grandstand)
  • 3 pm – Safer towing (Stand 296 – JR Fleming Stand Ground Floor)

Happy little campers kids zone

The Kids Zone can be found on Level 2 of the JR Fleming Stand. For those bringing the whole family, make sure to pop in and have some fun.

  • Reptile Show and Petting Zoo – Learn about Australia’s native snakes and lizards every hour on the hour and make some small furry friends at the petting zoo.
  • Spotto Kids Zone – Meet outback Jess and grab a Spotto Sheet for colouring and finding fun.
  • Toddler Zone – Smaller rug rats will have plenty to keep them busy with a range of play equipment.

Eating and drinking

There will be plenty of food and beverage outlets throughout the Sydney Caravan Camping Holiday Supershow including both grab and go or sit and relax options. Dine NSW Vouchers can be used at the following venues:

  • Running Rail Cafe
  • The Ascot Restaurant

For drinks of the adult variety, head to the Champagne Bar or the Smokehouse & Bar.
