REDARC is now able to review installations and offer technical advice in real-time via the TeamViewer App.

The TeamViewer app is used to gain remote access to devices for the purpose of troubleshooting a REDARC installation. In this video, you can see how this application is applied from a member of the REDARC customer support team to a customer in the field.

REDARC’s customer service and field sales team are trained Auto Electricians and are equipped with the necessary tools to run the application. By using TeamViewer, REDARC’s technical staff are able to see through your Smartphone camera to observe any kind of installation and provide expert advice to you.

The obvious advantage of TeamViewer is that it helps reduce the time spent trying to diagnose technical issues over the phone, the visual aids help remove confusion between the customer and the technician.
