It has been a very long time since Yokohama has released a new mud terrain tyre, after having a successful run out of the previous chunky directional offering. Speaking of chunky, the MT G003 muddie continues that trend however they have gone away from the previous directional tyre design. Yokohama are also saying that this latest offering will last up to 8% longer than the tyre it replaces thanks to the high-density tread compound used. A feature worth noting is the serious sidewall armour, that not only increases traction off-road, it also offers protection to the sidewall.
