EVENT 1:
ADELAIDE, SA
World Tennis Challenge
January 9-11, 2018

 

If you like tennis, you’ll love the World Tennis Challenge, Australia’s largest tennis participation event. You’ll get to see current players take on legends of the game like John McEnroe and Martina Hingis. You don’t have to be relegated to the sidelines though – you can have a go yourself in the Be Active Challenge, which sees more than 2000 tennis enthusiasts take to courts all over SA throughout January.

 

EVENT 2:
TAMWORTH, NSW
Toyota Country Music Festival Tamworth
January 19-28, 2018

 

Every year over 10 days, Tamworth hosts the Toyota Country Music Festival, where more than 50,000 visitors per day come to see over 700 artists performing at 2800 scheduled events across 120 venues. Talk about endless music and entertainment! The Golden Guitar Awards is the highlight of the event, where your favourite country music artists perform their hits all night long. This is the biggest music festival in the southern hemisphere.

GEELONG, VIC
Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race
January 25-28, 2018

 

Cycling enthusiasts gather ‘round – the 2018 Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race will be taking place over three days in January, so mark the dates in your calendar if you want to see some cycling action and entertainment take place by one of our most beautiful coastlines. You can even hop on your bike and join in the fun by taking part in the Swisse People’s Ride or the Family Ride, which are open to the public. 

 

EVENT 4:
ADELAIDE HILLS, SA
Crush Festival
January 26-28, 2018

 

For a dreamy summer weekend filled with wine, food, music, art, theatre, markets and more set among the picturesque Adelaide Hills, don’t miss out on the CRUSH Festival, a celebration of all things good in life. Entry is free, with plenty of fun (and free) events like the Mediterranean Fiesta; there are also some wonderful ticketed events that are worth attending, like the Mad Hatter’s Picnic where you can feed your inner Alice. 

 

EVENT 5:
SILVERTON, NSW
The ARB Eldee Easter Festival
March 26 – April 3, 2018

Hosted by Naomi and Stephen Schmidt of Eldee Station and presented by ARB, Club 4X4 and Unsealed 4X4, the ARB Eldee Easter Festival will be a great family 4WD event where Dad, Mum and the kids all have fun! The picturesque outback surroundings and atmosphere shared with like-minded friendly people creates many unforgettable experiences for all involved. There will be a jumping castle and an Easter egg hunt for the kids, as well as a whole range of activities and challenges for everyone. EVENT 6:
GEELONG, VIC
Festival of Sails
January 26-28, 2018

There’ll be plenty of free waterfront entertainment sure to excite both adults and kids at the annual Festival of Sails. You can watch the sailing action, browse through the market stalls, witness the spectacular waterski shows, and tuck into a lunch from one of the delicious food trucks, all while enjoying the live music. Kids will love the family-friendly activities and rides, as well as the impressive fireworks display on Australia Day.
