Each year some of the greatest in the 4X4 and camping world come to speak at the National 4×4 Outdoors Show, sharing their wisdom, experience and even funny stories of their mistakes. This year on the Outback Stage, you’ll find TV personality Jase Andrews, the host of Australia’s number one four-wheel-drive and adventure show, All 4 Adventure. Alongside Jase, Jesse & Jocko from 4WD 24-7 will be speaking, Pat, Liam & Dan from Aussie Arvos, Sam Eyles from Built Not Bought, plus many more.

What’s on?

You won’t want to miss the stump-pulling torque and impressive braking of the D-MAX and MU-X on crazy inclines and declines at the event. Check it out and have a go sitting in the Isuzu D-Max at an angle at the Isuzu Iron Summit. This one’s going to be a crowd favourite for sure!

Freestyle Now BMX will also be there, displaying jaw-dropping stunts that’ll have you holding your breath and sitting on the edge of your seat. These BMX riders seemingly defy gravity as they perform jaw-dropping flips, spins, and aerial maneuvers for the entertainment of the attendees of the show.

Recovery is a big part of adventuring because, let’s face it, we all find ourselves stuck sometimes. That’s why ARMA (Australian Recreational Motorists’ Association) are providing 4×4 recovery demos all weekend for your benefit.

If you’re a 4X4-loving female, you’ve got to check out the Girl’s Day Out workshops. Sure, the outdoor space has traditionally been filled with blokes, but girl power is growing, and the Girl’s Day Out workshops inspire and help females that want to get outdoors and learn about 4WDing.

‘Mount Maxxis’ is new to the 2023 event. It’s an extreme 4×4 test track, presented by Maxxis Tyres, that’ll see host MadMatt take on the mountain. Onlookers will learn how to wheel better and get out of the sticky situations our outdoor adventures sometimes throw us into! You’ll learn valuable tips and techniques to help you go further and stay off-road for longer on your next trip.

What’s in it for the kids?

Kids hate to miss out on adventures, so why should they miss out on an incredible day at the Melbourne National 4×4 Outdoors Show? At the event, you’ll find a heap of kid-friendly activities, including daily demonstrations hosted by Black Snake Productions of Australia’s wildlife, where the kiddies can experience one-of-a-kind encounters with native animals.
